Join the Hayes Counseling Collective this summer for a supportive 4-session group designed to help children navigate the emotional impact of separation, divorce, and family transition through connection, play, movement, and creative expression.
Children often carry big feelings during times of family change — confusion, sadness, worry, anger, guilt, relief, or loneliness. Many also wonder if what they’re feeling is “normal” or if other kids understand what they’re going through.
This group helps children feel less alone.
Through therapeutic play, experiential activities, emotional skill-building, and peer connection, children are given a safe and supportive space to process change, build resilience, and strengthen coping skills alongside other children with shared experiences.
