FROM THE SOUL

There’s a Buddhist phrase that says “Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional”, meaning we cannot avoid pain in this life, but we can choose whether it controls us, causing suffering or whether it transforms us. I believe when we make space for the pain, it tends to soften. When we give it a voice, we learn about ourselves, and we grow. I am here to be alongside you on that journey where pain can become our teacher, not our master.
