From the Soul

I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen and heard. Your experiences are truly your own, but that does not mean that you should go through them alone. I became a therapist because of this fundamental belief and the changes I saw possible when people feel supported and cared for.

I work with couples, families and children, and adolescents. I work to address a variety of concerns including relationship distress, family conflict, ADHD, school avoidance, depression, and anxiety. It is easy to feel stuck in our struggles, but I also believe that we possess more strength than we give ourselves credit for. How we grow and feel empowered is a unique experience, and I feel grateful to have the opportunity to support clients in their journey.

From the CV

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in the state of Colorado (MFTC).  I graduated from Colorado State University with my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also obtained my bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Intervention and Prevention Sciences. I have worked in several different therapeutic capacities including a school based clinician, group practice, and trauma assessments.

I incorporate a mix of emotion focused therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy with a trauma focused lens to support my client’s in their therapy journeys. I am passionate about systemic work and truly believe some of the greatest strides we can make is when we are able to work within our family systems as a unit. I truly believe in creating a compassionate, warm environment to foster a client centered approach to therapy.
