FROM THE SOUL

We each have our own unique journey filled with personal life experiences and relationships, both past and present. Through these experiences and relationships, we create our own individual stories about who we think we are and how we show up in the world. Sometimes these stories can help us and at other times they can hurt us; both in relationships with others and the relationship we have with ourself.

To me, life is often like a river, sometimes peaceful and gently flowing and at other times unexpectedly rough, with rapids and unforeseen obstacles. It is my honor to sit with you in the hard, the unknown, and the unexpected, providing a calm and safe space for you to be heard. We can work together to help you discover and understand emotions unfamiliar or even unknown, navigate decisions yet to be made, and integrate your past self with the present.

Together, we can help you understand how stories of who you were told you were and who you have told yourself you are in the past do not have to define who you are today. I believe in the power of change through self-actualization, awareness, and an understanding that loving yourself and who you were created to be is the number one way towards healing and living your life in true authenticity.
